12.05.2025 — I presented our “States of the Union” exhibition to the coverlet study group that meets monthly on Zoom. The year 2026 marks the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. This exhibition honors that milestone with representative coverlet selections from sixteen different states of the early nation.

04.04.2025 — I presented the “Practically (Im)perfect” exhibition to the coverlet study group that meets monthly on Zoom.

  • Compass Inn Museum

03.27.2025 — I delivered an informal talk at Ligonier Vallery Historical Society’s Compass Inn Museum in Laughlintown, PA. After a brief introduction to 19th-century coverlets and their weavers, I presented the coverlets in the LVHS collection, which we had photographed several months earlier, with brief commentary on each.
